Subject	Engine... rain

Message	this past week it raind heavely in my area ...my Z was in a bad spot and got flooded ...my exhaust pipes were under water and engine bogged down ....now car cranks very load and wont start..tires are locked and i think its in a ''engine lock'' mode ......what do i do ???????????????
